Exchanges and Returns
- Free 30 Day Return Policy
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- We will accept returns or exchanges of unworn shoes for up
to 30 days from the purchase date. Shoes must be in the original
box and in new, saleable condition.
- Return shipping is free of charge on purchases of $60.00 and more
- Purchases less than $60.00 will be charged a return shipping fee of $8.50 for purchase beyond 30 days
How To Return Shoes
- To request an exchange or to return shoes, send an email to
info@hrstores.com for a return authorization. Please reference
your order number, the shoes you wish to return and the reason
you wish to return the shoes. Once the shoes are received, your
account will be credited for the purchase price.
- If you are exchanging the shoes for another style, color or size,
please submit another order.
UPS Return Authorization
- Once your request to return shoes is received, a UPS Return Label
will be mailed to the address where the shoes were orginally shipped.
- Please wrap the shoe box and apply the UPS Label to the box. Drop
it off at any UPS authorized shipping outlet or a UPS Customer Counter.
- Keep the return service customer receipt for tracking purposes and
proof of shipment.
UPS TRACKING
- All shipments are delivered UPS Ground. A UPS tracking number is provided with your order confirmation email. You may track the delivery process on-line at www.ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS.
